I have to say I am so pleased with how processional and knowledgeable all staff are. Dr Stern is so patient and provides every detail you could possibly ask for.
I am so sorry that I have not learned the name of the wonderful Assistant who patiently guided me as well and chatted with me to help relieve the stress of waiting.
This is a huge decision I made, but with the care of all involved I know it was the correct one. Thank you to everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with.
